Terrible customer service. Took ages to search for my part which wasn't in stock anyway. Was interested in checking out a new gas gas 300 AND 125 trials bike. Was told to leave his "fuc%$ing" bikes alone and accused me of stealing parts off it. I am actually shocked that a business owner can speak like this to a customer. Never have i had this treatment at other motorcycle dealerships. I rate this 1 out of 5 because zero is not an option.

Please be very careful with this business the owners have very little ethics and are happy to hold your property at ransom in demand for payments you never agreed to pay.
Worse is their attitude when trying to discuss a dispute it is their way or the highway!!

In particular, understand even though it is not stated anywhere in the store if you have them quote on a repair there is a $40 to $50 charge and a lecture about how every other business is doing the wrong thing by you if you decide not to go with them.

If you discuss sorry I didn't know there was a charge for a quote bad luck the fun starts.

My advice keep clear of this business!!!!

Every time I go into this store there are arguments between the management and customers. I will not go again their service is pathetic and despite the constant bragging on how cheap they are the prices are very high especially anything service.

Go somewhere else.
